On October 29, 2008, Harbour Towne Marina in Dania, Florida broke ground on the first commercial marina facility permitted in Broward County since 2004. In March, 2009 Harbour Towne took delivery of its new 43,000 lb @ 96″ LC capacity Marina Bull^TM Lo Pro^TM. John and Captain Gary see their market moving to the larger boats, and the new building will accommodate 156 large boats. Many of the spaces are already reserved.
