TELEHANDLER

When space is limited, the powerful telehandler works where few other machines can. Compact and heavy duty, it opens access to areas previously unavailable.

Capabilities

This machine can lift 15,000 lbs at a 24-inch load center when fully retracted, or 7,000 lbs at a 24-inch with the boom extended. The compact telehander lifts 15 feet with a 72 inch lowered height.

Free Lift

An optional 30″ of free lift maintains the overall lowered height of 72 inches and allows for operations inside buildings and underground facilities.

Fork Positioning

Fully controllable from the comfort of the operator’s compartment, the forks can be moved into position independently or together to sideshift the entire load. Fork positioning ranges from 72 inches open to 3 inches closed.

Safety

Rollover Protection (ROPS) and Falling Object Protection (FOPS) are just some of the safety features. Others include redundant braking system, ANSUL fire suppression, backup steering, MSHA and CANMET certified, brake lights, and flashing strobe.

Options

Many options, such as the tow package, reduce the number of machines required. Use one machine to load a trailer, tow it to a location, and offload it.

Multi-Purpose Truck

Multi-Purpose Truck features such as 4-wheel drive, skid plates, and adjustable operator compartments are available. Parts and service are also streamlined.

Designed to satisfy whatever you want to throw at it. This multifunctional chassis is specifically designed for underground mining with the ability to configure as necessary—forklift, bolter, tow vehicle, power unit. You name it, Wiggins can build it.

Lift Truck

 The machine is available as 11,000 lbs @ 24-inch forklift, with a 15,000 lbs option.

Safety

With the flip of a switch, high torque is evenly split between the front and the rear. Along with its pivotal rear axle to keep the tires on the ground, this machine can handle the roughest conditions.

Skid Plates

Heavy duty skid plates protect costly hydraulic and electrical components.

TIRE MANIPULATOR

Leading the industry and handling the biggest tires, the Wiggins Tire Manipulator provides precision control to install and rotate massive tires. Models ranging from 5,000 pounds (2,270 Kg) to 36,000 pound (16,330 Kg) payloads. Models are specifically designed for the demands of long load centers associated with large tires.

Tight Spaces

The sharp steer angles and short wheelbase means a small turning radius. This allows for service inside buildings and in crowded yards.

Handles Any Load
